Are there any available homesites?
Yes, please contact the office by e-mail or phone, 330-542-5412, to get a listing of available homesites in the community.

What are the office hours?
Scheduled office hours are 10 - 2 Wedneday and Friday. Our office phone is answered throughout the week and appointments will be made to fit your schedule.

Are pets allowed?
Two (2) pets are allowed per home, only one of which may be a dog. Our community is breed specific; please contact the community manager for more information.

Is there an additional charge for pets?

What is the application process?
An appointment with the manager is necessary in order to review the community policies and guidelines. An application may be filled out at that time. A copy of your drivers license and income verification is required ( pay stub, social security statment, etc. ). There is a $35.00 application fee.

What criteria do you use in making the decision to accept or deny an application?
Information on the application is reviewed along with a credit report, criminal background report and past history. Decisions are usually obtained within 48 hours.

Where do I pick up my mail?
We have an on-site mailroom.
